The service
TradeTalk is a marketplace platform. Sellers list and sell their own products; TradeTalk is not the seller of listed items. We charge a 2.9% fee on sales and money transfers, and offer optional paid promotion placements. Sellers may offer collab commissions to creators; those splits are executed automatically at checkout.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure. One account per person; handles are unique.
Buying & selling
- Purchases are paid from your TradeTalk wallet balance. Wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe.
- Sellers must ship sold items promptly and describe items accurately.
- Auction winners are charged the winning bid when the auction settles.
- Ratings and reviews may only come from real, delivered orders.
Prohibited
- Illegal items, counterfeits, stolen goods, or recalled products.
- Fraud of any kind, including fake engagement, shill bidding, or payment abuse.
- Harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates others' rights.
Content
You own what you post and grant TradeTalk a license to display it within the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, TradeTalk is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, though we may assist in resolving them.
